Climate Action Discernment Process

  • Church of St. Mary Magdalene 477 Manning Avenue Toronto, ON, M6G 2V8 Canada (map)

Have you ever thought about how we, the people of St. Mary Magdalene, could work together to care for God’s creation — for the web of life that we are all a part of? On September 28, during the Season of Creation, a group of us will gather to share climate-related concerns and hopes, discern directions for possible immediate and future climate-related actions we could take, and begin to make plans based on our priorities, strengths, and the resources we have available to us. Our discussions will be loosely based on a guide first created by a working group of the Canadian Mennonite Church. Everyone is welcome. Please join us if you can.

You can let me know you’re coming ahead of time, or just show up.
